  • To guide participants in developing structured and methodologically sound manuscripts, including the formulation of clear research questions, theoretical frameworks, appropriate methodology, and data interpretation strategies.
  • To provide hands-on training on improving manuscript quality, including logical flow, argumentation, citation integration, referencing styles, and meeting editorial expectations.
  • To assist journal editors in understanding and implementing Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)criteria, with practical sessions focused on self-assessment, editorial policy improvements, and submission procedures.
  • To familiarize participants with international publishing ethics, including authorship standards, plagiarism avoidance, peer-review processes, and open access practices.
  • To foster discipline-specific peer learning environments through writing clinics, enabling close collaboration and constructive feedback between participants and facilitators.
  • To offer opportunities for participants to present draft manuscripts and receive tailored feedback from experienced journal editors and reviewers.
  • To support researchers in developing personalized publication strategies, including journal selection, responding to reviewers, and preparing for resubmission.
  • To encourage the building of professional networks between authors, editors, and academic institutions through interactive sessions and consultations.
  • To conclude the workshop with personalized editorial consultations and a cultural exploration of Samarkand to further academic community engagement in an informal setting.
