Abstract

This article examines the role of digitalization and public–private partnerships in developing the service sector under modern economic conditions. It explores how digital technologies, electronic service platforms, automated management systems, and innovative business models can improve service quality, operational efficiency, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. Particular attention is paid to the contribution of public–private partnerships in attracting private investment, strengthening cooperation between government institutions and business entities, modernizing service infrastructure, and expanding the use of digital solutions. The article also identifies key challenges associated with digital transformation, including insufficient technological infrastructure, cybersecurity risks, limited digital skills, and regulatory barriers. Furthermore, it considers practical approaches to improving the institutional environment for public–private cooperation and promoting sustainable growth in the service sector.
