Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of assessing user satisfaction with art tourism services. It synthesizes major international approaches to measuring customer satisfaction and service quality and identifies the specific features of a multi-attribute assessment approach based on the gap between expectations and perceived performance in art tourism. Changes in the structure of demand for art tourism services are identified using indicators of museum activities in Uzbekistan for 2021-2025. A seven-stage assessment mechanism integrating gap analysis, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA) is proposed.
