Abstract
This article analyzes the methodological foundations for assessing the management efficiency of diversified (multi-sector) enterprises operating in special economic and industrial zones. A multifactor econometric model based on a system of integral indicators is developed, and a forecasting algorithm combining time-series analysis, exponential smoothing and regression-trend methods is proposed for predicting management efficiency. Tests carried out on conditional statistical data demonstrated a high degree of model accuracy (approximation error below 5%). The findings have practical value for zone administrations and enterprise management in strategic decision-making.
