ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high-quality papers that are unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
2. All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by experts (the Scientific Committee).
3. Abstract submission should be arround 200-300 words.

5. Accepted abstracts will be invited to prepare full papers and presentations.

PAPER SUBMISSION

1. Prospective authors are invited to submit original, high-quality papers that are unpublished and not under review elsewhere.
2. Manuscripts should be at least 5 full pages, including references, tables, and figures.
3. All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by experts (the Scientific Committee). Authors of accepted papers must revise their work in accordance with reviewer comments before final acceptance.
4. All submissions will be checked for plagiarism, including self-plagiarism. Submissions found to contain plagiarism will be rejected.
5. Authors submitting abstracts only will be invited to give oral presentations, but their work will not be published in the proceedings.

PUBLICATION CHOICES

Option 1. Abstract (Presentation Only)
Authors may submit an abstract to present their work at the conference. The abstract will not be published.

Option 2. Full Paper (Journal + Presentation)
Authors submitting a full paper will have their work peer-reviewed and submitted to journals (Scopus or non-Scopus journals) with an additional APC, depending on the targeted journal.

Option 3. Full Paper (Proceedings + Presentation)
Authors submitting a full paper will have their work peer-reviewed and included in the conference proceedings if accepted (Proceeding indexed by WoS or Scopus).

ADDITIONAL NOTES

All papers must include clearly presented results, references, tables, and figures. Submissions must be based on original, previously unpublished research. All manuscripts must strictly follow the provided template and formatting guidelines.
