Additional: For Scopus or WoS journals, the final decision will depend on the targeted journal.
AUTHOR REGISTRATION
- For each accepted paper, at least one active author must register within the deadline.
- Participants without a paper may also register as delegates.
- Students must present a valid student ID with a photo.
To complete registration, please send the following to :

- Payment confirmation
- Registration form
PAYMENT
- Online payment (VISA): link will be provided upon participation confirmation.
- Bank transfer: details are provided in the registration form or upon request from the conference secretary.
After registration confirmation, an official receipt will be issued (either on-site or electronically).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Until April 5, 2026 — 70% refund
- After April 5, 2026 — no refund
- Force majeure is not compensated
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Participants arrange their own hotel bookings.
